Booking terms & conditions

 

Payment:

  • Places for classes and supper clubs are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • When booking, an invoice with a Paypal link will be emailed to you.

  • Booking is not confirmed until paid.

  • Payment can be made with a debit or credit card via the Paypal link.

  • Once a class or supper club has been booked and paid for you will receive a confirmation email receipt.

  • All bookings and gift vouchers are strictly non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a class or supper club, on our premises or yours, you are free to send someone else in your place for the same class or supper club that you booked for, but please let us know who will be replacing you. Alternatively, subject to availability, we can arrange an alternative date, at the next available time on the waiting list. 72 hours' notice must be given. If no notice is given Good Evening reserves the right to cover costs for ingredients (perishable items) supplied for your original date.

  • Unused Good Evening gift vouchers expire after 12 months of issue date.

  • The contact details provided at the time of booking will be used for all correspondence so please let us know of any changes.

  • If Good Evening has to cancel a class or supper club for unforeseen reasons we will notify all attendees immediately and you will receive a full refund.

  • Please let us know of any food allergies, intolerances or special requirements at the time of or before booking.

  • By attending a Good Evening class you realise that you will be cooking, working with knives and  kitchen stoves. You will be briefed on health and safety, and Good Evening can therefore accept no responsibility for injuries or illness that may result.

  • Good Evening Food Ltd has public liability insurance.

 

Buffets and dinner party food bookings:

  • A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for all buffet and dinner party bookings, as advised at the time of booking.

  • Full payment is required before or at time of delivery.

  • Once the date and time is confirmed, your booking is non-refundable. For changes to the date, one month’s notice is required, subject to availability.
