An old favourite. Cooked in a creamy coconut and yogurt sauce

Slow cooked lamb shoulder cooked in an onion and tomato sauce

Lamb mince with peas, great served in wraps with natural yogurt

Lamb & beef samosas, lamb kebabs, spicy chicken drumsticks, chicken tikka, cauliflower, onion & potato pakoras, saag paneer puffs, onion salad, tamarind sauce & mint yogurt.

Carrot & pea samosas, potato & pea samosas, cauliflower, onion & potato pakoras, saag paneer puffs, smoked aubergine & red pepper spring rolls, mushroom pastries, onion salad, tamarind sauce & mint yogurt.


Tandoori Chicken Skewers 


2 uncooked skewers marinated in my homemade tandoori special sauce.

These delicious skewers are ready for your freezer. Each chicken skewer is enough to serve one person as a main meal when served with salad, vegetables or rice.  The chicken is marinated twice in two different marinades which makes the chicken more tender.


Sweet & Sour King Prawn 


Cooked in a spicy sauce with tomato, onions, tamarind & curry leaves.


Tandoori Salmon 


2 uncooked fillets marinated in my homemade special tandoori sauce.  

These succulent salmon fillets are much bigger than what you get in the supermarket and each piece enough for a main meal when served with salad, vegetables or rice.
